Dominican Republic
Hey everyone,
We took a left when we were thinking right and ended up in the Dominican Republic. The trip was great. Unfortunately we had to motor most of the way but we are now in a compleatly different landscape. We love it. I will add more when I get internet.

No doubt that mixing up your lefts and your rights will make the trip more interesting. Next time you're confused, check the trees...remember that the moss always grows most on the north side of the trunk. Seriously, for all your fans out here, throw in a longitude now and then so we can practice our map skills and follow you more closely. Remember we are getting our adventures vicariously. Delighted to hear you've made it to civilization and we're looking forward to hearing all about it. I'd like to second Jean's request and add a latitude and/or place name would help as well, as National Geographic Maps and Google seem to be able to give us a good look at anyplace you go. You'll be happy to hear the high here yesterday was 11 degrees.

I looked up Luperon as I heard you all were there. It looks like such a beautiful place and I wouldn't be surprised if you decided to stay there for a while. I am really jealous of your adventure. Thanks for sharing it with all of us. Sandy
